Mediation
Alternative methods in Dispute Resolution are potentially better platforms for resolving disputes.
Njozela Legal employs and practices non-adversarial and non-exclusionary methods of dispute resolution, less encumbered by over-regulation and the complex and artificial rules of litigation that have high potential to damage and, in some cases, destroy lives.
Mediation is an informal method of resolving disputes by allowing everyone to be heard without consequence, this allows disputes to be honestly ventilated before a decision is made. Furthermore, in mediations, decisions are made by the parties and not the mediator. Therefore, our goal is to not create an environment where consensus can be found.
Our Process:
Initial consultation where the nature of the dispute will be disgust and the parties involved.
Parties will be informed on how they will be charged and a date; time and venue (if not done virtually) will be agreed upon by all parties.
Mediation will then take place and if successful an agreement will be entered into by the disputing parties.
Njozela Legal will avail themselves (on the paid request of the parties involved) to ensure that the terms of the agreement are met.
